Intel Subpoenaed By New York AG
This was forecast back in January by NY AG Andrew Cuomo. A recently filed 1oK reveals the substance of Cuomo's requests - "documents and information to assist with its probe of whether there have been any agreements or arrangements establishing or maintaining a monopoly in the sale of microprocessors in violation of federal or New York antitrust laws."
